Bud Ballinger is a clinical and forensic psychologist with over two decades of experience working with individuals who have engaged in harmful sexual behavior. He currently serves as the Director of Treatment Services for the New York State Secure Treatment and Rehabilitation Center\, the state&rsquo\;s civil confinement program.
