SUMMARY:Policy Scan: Member Stories from the Field
DESCRIPTION:Launch our four-part Community of Practice series with the conversation that anchors the rest: what members are actually encountering in the day-to-day of their work. This opening session features ATSA members sharing firsthand accounts of the policy and practice challenges they're navigating gaps in services\, regulatory roadblocks\, funding pressures\, and the everyday friction that stands between good intentions and good outcomes. If you have an experience you'd like to bring to the table\, reach out to Aniss Benelmouffok\, Director of Public Affairs\, at aniss@atsa.com to be added to the speaker list. We're not here to solve anything yet. The aim is to map the real terrain ATSA members work in every day\, so the sessions ahead can build on a shared\, honest picture of the field. This is session 1 of 4. The series is designed as an arc each session builds on the last so we encourage you to join us for all four. 2026 Public Policy Community of Practice Series:1. Policy Scan: Member Stories from the Field \n2. Policy Scan: Spotlighting What Works Member Practices in Action \n3. Policy Scan: Sharpening the Picture Member Lessons Learned \n4.
