Ray Knight's research focuses on aggressive behavior and fantasies in general and on sexual aggression, psychopathy, and bullying in particular. He is interested in etiology, life course, typological differentiation among aggressive individuals, and predicting both aggressive and adaptive outcomes. He has developed a contingency-based, computerize assessment tool, the Multidimensional Inventory of Development, Sex, and Aggression, which serves as a core component of his multiple research programs.
