The Minnesota Sex Offender Program (MSOP) is seeking dynamic Clinicians and Psychologists to join our highly skilled and collaborative clinical teams in Moose Lake, MN, and St. Peter MN. Led by seasoned and respected professionals, MSOP is dedicated to the professional growth of staff and applying current best practices to assist clients in making meaningful change. MSOP works to create a safe, therapeutic environment for clients to make changes with the goal of successful community reintegration.
Clinicians and Senior Clinicians ($67,651–$107,428 annually)
- Providing individual counseling and group therapy
- Preparing written documentation
- Overseeing treatment planning
- Delivering psycho-educational curriculums
Clinician qualifications include:
- Master’s degree in psychology, social work, or closely related field; AND
- One (1) year of professional experience providing clinical services, including group and individual therapy.
*License not required for Clinician opportunity. Licensing supervision provided by highly skilled licensed clinical supervisors at no cost to the employee.
Senior Clinician qualifications include:
- Master’s degree in psychology, social work, or closely related field; AND
- Licensed or license eligible as an independent clinical mental health professional (LP, LPCC, LICSW, LMFT) in Minnesota
Psychologists ($83,374 - $123,923 annually)
- Providing psychological treatment services, such as targeted individualized therapy and specialized group therapy.
- Consulting with the treatment team regarding diagnosis, psychological assessment results and treatment planning.
- Providing information regarding psychological assessment results, clients’ treatment progress, and other pertinent data to appropriate authorities within the facility, the Minnesota courts, and other pertinent state and community agencies.
- Providing leadership and clinical direction to other psychologists, other clinical staff and multidisciplinary teams.
Psychologist qualifications include:
- Ph.D. or Psy.D. in psychology; AND
- Licensed or license eligible as a psychologist by the Minnesota Board of Psychology (LP)*
- Knowledge and experience in individual therapy, as well as familiarity with residential treatment, forensic populations, and court processes.
