Description

Adult Community of Practice:

The Blurry Line Between Healthy and Unhealthy Sexuality

What does healthy sexuality look like for individuals who have engaged in sexual offending behavior? And how do we help clients navigate the sometimes blurry line between healthy sexual expression and behaviors that may be concerning or harmful?

Join ATSA's Adult Community of Practice for an interactive discussion exploring the role of healthy sexuality in treatment. We'll examine frameworks for defining healthy sexuality, why promoting healthy sexual expression is an important part of treatment, and how to help clients recognize and navigate sexual boundaries.

Through case examples and group discussion, participants will explore practical ways to incorporate conversations about healthy sexuality into their clinical work.

Bring your questions, experiences, and case examples! This is an opportunity to learn from one another, share perspectives, and explore the complexities of supporting healthy sexuality while addressing sexually harmful behavior.
